This is how I'm interpreting the GOR, as well. The twist


for me, and it makes sense, is that Texas/OU would continue to receive Big 12 payouts until the last 2 years, which is their exit fee under the Big 12 Bylaws.

Where this conflicts with some reports is that the SEC purportedly intended to pay TX/OU upon their entry to help cover the losses due to the GOR. According to this, if that happens sooner than the end of the GOR, that money would go to the Big 12.

Maybe somehow that all gets laundered thru the demise of the LHN and avoids any GOR issues.
